I would really like to know the best way to lose weight. The fact is that I have already tried everything I knew and everything my mother or my friends knew but nothing worked. All diets I tried were the same. I can’t say which one was the best or which one was the worst because none helped me lose weight. I started to believe that there is something wrong with me. This is the reason why, next week, I am going to see a doctor.

Josh came to school very happy yesterday. He said his mother took him to the dentist and they decided he should wear braces. When I asked him how come he is so happy, he said that he is glad to have his teeth straight, even though it will take a while. He was also happy because the dentist gave him some sort of invisible braces and you could hardly see that he was wearing braces. I think Josh is the first person I see who is happy about wearing braces.

I gave been trying to lose weight since I gave birth to my second child. I started by going to the gym and I kept all the possible diets but nothing seemed to work. After almost one year of trying everything I have decided to start the hCG diet. I don’t like these kinds of diets, because they are based on pills, but this one is really working. I heard my mother talking to a friend of hers about laser liposuction. She was terrified although a couple of days a go she was thinking about having one.
